He was one of the first persons to say that the FED is rigging the market.<br \/>\nSummary: Corporations are buying back some stock, but insiders are net sellers.  Hedge funds have turned bearish after two months of being bullish.  Biderman sees more quantitative easing after the current round of QE2 is over.<\/p>\n<p>What does that mean for the average Joe.
